The DS-64i is our robust folding inserting solution. At speeds of up to 2,500 envelopes per hour, it prepares your business mailings quickly and efficiently. We can process all document sizes including inserts, reply forms and return envelopes. The DS-64i optimises mail flow and contributes to significant cost savings. Contact Image Sensor (CIS) scanning reads a full range of barcodes and optical marks printed on documents, allowing us to efficiently and securely process variable page documents. Automating the folding and inserting lower costs, eliminates user error, and ensures the right document is always sent to the right customer.
Our Mailbag poly-wrapper offers automatic vertical bagging, a highly cost-effective postal packaging solution for larger direct mail. Not only is poly-wrapping cheaper than paper, but it is also lighter which reduces postal costs. It’s perfect for mailing catalogues, brochures, reports, publications and bundling multiple-piece campaigns; providing secure, scuff-proof protection. Mailing carrier sheets can be poly-wrapped with the publication. Our machine offers the best technology available for poly-wrapping runs of a small to medium scale. We are committed to offering sustainable solutions and can provide 100% biodegradable wrap on request.
