Royal Mail Discounts
We can offer highly discounted access to Royal Mail’s services for direct mail, bulk mail and eCommerce fulfilment. We save the hassle of franking and our wholesale savings can be accessed across all services including Tracked 24 and 48, Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am & 1pm, Sameday, Royal Mail 24 & 48, 1st and 2nd Class, International Business Tracked and Signed, International Business Tracked, International Business Signed, International Business Standard Priority and International Business Standard Economy.
Downstream Access (DSA)
Our Downstream Access services allow for the collection and distribution of your mail before handing over to Royal Mail centres for final processing into local delivery offices, where Royal Mail completes the delivery, or ‘final-mile’. A DSA service can offer significant discounts when compared to Royal Mail pricing. We work with several of the main DSA providers and can access the full range of postage products.
International Postal Authorities
There are several ways we can work with international postal authorities to optimise cost and speed. International services from Royal Mail provide one point of access to these international services but we can also use Downstream Access (DSA) or Direct Entry.
We provide delivery labels with tracking numbers and integrated CN22 customs forms, we also have the ability to comply with the new S10 barcode requirement to provide a manifest and full customs declarations.
International Direct Entry
Direct Entry is a technique we use to ship to other countries either via air, sea or road to directly enter their foreign postal system for local delivery. This process removes Royal Mail from the equation. For direct mail, bulk mail and eCommerce fulfilment this can offer substantial savings.
Private Postal Operators
Royal Mail, became privatised in 2013, however, there are a number of more recent private postal operators that offer exceptional value based in the UK and abroad. We regularly evaluate private postal services and prices to ensure we can offer the best options for our customers.
Returns Services

Returned mail is usually routed directly to us allowing us to capture the gone-away data to help clean your data, reducing costs for future campaigns.
