We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operative to join our growing team.

Working at the heart of our fulfilment operation, you’ll help ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time. From managing stock and preparing customer orders to working with carriers and supporting the wider team, you’ll play an important part in delivering the high level of service our clients expect from InterSend.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the day-to-day goods-in process
• Picking, packing and despatching customer orders
• Processing orders accurately and meeting fulfilment deadlines
• Preparing carrier labels and orders for collection
• Maintaining accurate stock locations and supporting stock control
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Working with colleagues, clients and transport providers when required
• Supporting continuous improvement across our warehouse operations

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving warehouse environment. You’ll have good attention to detail, a positive approach to teamwork and a commitment to getting the job done accurately and safely.

As you develop in the role, there will also be opportunities to share your knowledge, support other team members and help with training.
