Seamless Delivery into the U.S. Market with InterSend’s 2025 DDP Postal Solution

We are pleased to announce that we now have a DDP postal service for sending goods to the USA.  For those of you who have been paying courier prices to ship goods since the de minimis was removed, or have even had to place orders on hold, this should be good news. It is a slower method, yet cheaper than courier services.

Please find details of our rate card below, along with restrictions and T&Cs for this service. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you wish to understand more or activate this service on your account.

Excludes VAT/DUTY charges, which will pre-paid on your behalf and non negotiable.  Pre-payment upfront bond may be required.  VAT / DUTY Payment terms 7 days. VAT/DUTY  will be billed at a 3.95% handling/currency adjustment fee.

The delivery aim above is an indication of working days from the day dispatched from our premises. Please note local holidays, peak seasons, postal strikes, customs or any unforeseen events in the country of destination can affect the delivery time. Misroutes and network delays are also excluded.

1 Rates valid until December 31st  2025.
2 Prices in GBP
3 Rates ex InterSend facility
4 Weight band in Kg
5 Clearance is either handled by an external broker or by the in-house customs clearance team (LTS).
6 Rates for USA based on consignment value of less than 100 USD. Any additional fees for delivery above these values will be passed back.
7 Shipments to China, South Korea and Japan have extra customs requirements that must be completed before shipping. Please reach out to your account manager for more information before using this service.
8 It is the clients responsibility to ensure all data provided is accurate. Charges related to incorrect data will be passed back.
9 Any additional clearance fees or disbursements will be passed back e.g. inspection, unexpected formal clearance.
10 Fuel surcharge included.  Peak surcharges will passed on .
11 We reserve the right to change the rates at any time to reflect cost or FX changes.
12 Maximum US PARCEL dimensions – see details at the bottom of the rate card. We reserve the right to pass back any oversized surcharges arising from parcels above these dimensions.
13 Rolls Dimensions  length < 1.5 meters and diameter < 0.4 meters
14 Compensation will be passed on at our carriers terms and may be paid up to a maximum of 100 gbp.

16 Undeliverable parcels are charged at outbound the price + £1.50 hub handling.  Returns will come back to our Uxbridge facility.  Returns carriage from hub to client is not included. Exceptional sortation may incur an additional handling surcharge of £1/item
